I attended a meditation circle with Jon for many months and it always was a profound experience. He is very knowledgeable and had a great energy. He would do a guided meditation at the start to bring us to that place of openness, he also did targeted healing if we wished. The energy was powerfully uplifting and I always left feeling energized and in a better head space then when I arrived.
